No, I just couldn't sleep. Everytime I'd lay down my muscles would start somewhat spazzing out in my legs (mainly knees). It was weird. Couldn't go to sleep til like 4:30.

I would politely suggest that inability to sleep due to joint pain + inability to breathe lying supine = a needed visit to Jenny Craig.

just trying to help

There was no pain or no breathing problem. My muscles just tensed up and it'd feel like I needed to kick or something. I'd "kick the air" or something like that and it'd be ok. It was the first time it'd ever happened.

sometimes when I wake up I'll uncurl my leg real fast and it feels like my calf muscle has been ripped in half. Really it just stays tense and cramped for a good minute. I assume it's because its been in the same position all night and I suddenly stretch it out. But man does that hurt.

I think one of the big things was I'd been swimming something like two hours a day for almost a week and it's been too cold to swim lately so I haven't in a couple days.
