Just saw on ESPN that actor/race car driver Paul Newman has passed away at 83

I didn't mention in my other post for fear of the "Encounter" thread. But the answer is yes. I interviewed him most recently a year and a half ago at the last Grand Prix of Houston before the ChampCar/IndyCar merger.

LOL...I posted on that thread before I even ASKED you if you met him

Meeting Newman must be near the top of the encounter list...hopefully in your interview, there was not a failure to communicate.
