Lynchburg already has seen a rise in the number of frozen yo-gurt shops, and now there are two more.
Bloop opened its first store in January at 1601 Enterprise Drive in Wyndhurst and opened its second location this month at 3700 Candlers Station. But the owners say they offer something else than frozen yogurt — a do-nation to charity to build fresh water wells in developing coun-tries.
