Just went to a drive-in. They are great!

So, besides the obvious, what is fun date for men in their 30's?

...That's it...that's the list.

If any 20- or 30- or 40-something tells you otherwise, they're lying. Don't buy anyone telling you..."Just spending time with my wife without the kids around"...because even then, his mind is focused on "the obvious."

1. Steak (at least 16 oz, 20 oz + is better)

2. Yuengling lager

3. comedy show

4. Sirius channel 23: Hair Nation for the ride to and from

5. "the obvious" is a great nightcap

Yea, I know I'm just 20, but one of my favorites is minor league baseball (Hillcats in Lynchburg, Warthogs or Grasshoppers if I'm home). Just chill out, relax, and have a pretty girl with you while watching baseball. It's pretty close to Heaven.

I am not much of a girl anymore but would NASCAR at the MOA and rides at The Park still be fun?

NASCAR is definitely good if they're a fan. I'm not, personally.

I'm also not in my 30s, but I imagine I'll still enjoy a day at the theme park by then.

I'm liking the steak dinner idea too.

Steak is always good! except when its from crown Sterling and you get the bill afterwards! And SJ's baseball game theory works! i've tried it. but it only works if the girl is into baseball. so basiclly don't date chicks who don't like sports... isn't that a Man law or somthing?

It should be, but good luck finding one. I mean, my wife likes baseball/softball and doesn't mind basketball, but could care less about football.

Ok. The steak dinner is out for us as we buy 1/4 cow and our steak at home is delicious and I don't want to cook. Otherwise sounds great but maybe too spendy for our date tonight. I have coupons for NASCAR and such.

You couldn't go wrong with this, either...

Of course, that works for us guys, but do we really want to watch a woman consume that much food in our presence?

Why not? I'd rather have a girl eat what she wants and enjoy than, "Oh man, I'm so fat, I shouldn't be eating this."

Are there really women like that? If so, I've never met them, except for Rhonda on That 70s Show.

Guys can eat a ton and not feel guilty, because they can say, "Well, I'll just work that off at the gym tomorrow." But when women eat like that, they think, "that's going straight to my hips tomorrow."
