Only quibble I have is the whole "youins/y'ins" thing being only Pennsylvania. Southern Ohio and Northern (especially northcentral and northeastern) Kentucky say it too, and it drives me nuts. I picked up y'all living in Georgia (along with fixin' to and a few other Foxworthy-isms).
