Has anyone heard about problems voting on campus at LU yesterday?

One of my sons was voting for the first time and was turned away because they couldn't find his registration. The person that couldn't find it was the same one that he registered with previously. During the time that he waited through this process, he said they turned away about 60 others for the same reason. Details are sketchy at this point, but I just wondered if any locals heard about this.

They were not even given the option to submit a provisional ballot.

Not to pour fuel on the black helicoptors, but what's going on in Michigan? Trump was leading last night. Overnight a sum of 138,339 ballots were found and added to the count - all for Biden. Not a single vote for Trump out of 138k? Seems fishy. I have a feeling this election is about to make Florida '00 look like child's play in the courts.

Source for this? They've been counting mail-in ballots all night, I haven't heard anything about ballots being "found" or that the ballots counted overnight were all for Biden.

You do know that the most federal tax dollars to ever go to planned parenthood was in 2019 under Trump's watch, right?

My concern grew last night when PA, NC, GA all stopped counting ballots. How does FL get all of theirs done and in order along with so many other states and yet those 3 can't get theirs counted. Add in what is happening in AZ and now MI and at the very least it is a head scratcher and at the worst it is manipulating this election.

Jeremiah 32:17 has been a great verse the last couple days, "Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you."

I'm also frustrated by the lack of progress in certain vote counts, not sure what that's about. There are 2 things going on, though:

1. different states have different rules about counting ballots. Some weren't allowed to start counting early and absentee votes until yesterday, and because of needed verification, this counting is a cumbersome process.
2. Just because races have been called doesn't mean they are done counting. For instance, 2 of the states you mention: FL has 96% of precincts reporting while GA has 94%, not that big of a difference. FL has been called because the gap is enough that those uncounted votes aren't going to change the outcome.

Florida starts counting mail in ballots 2 weeks before election day. A lot of the states lagging are states who have election rules where they can not count until election day. In some cases, they can't count until polls close. Which typically isn't a problem but with so many voting by mail this year it changes things a done.

All of this is information readily available and shouldn't be a surprise.

Also, you want it to take longer to count mail in ballots because that means they are taking the time to validate ballots like @stokesjokes mentioned which a big deal and important for an accurate count.

I hope we move the postmarked date to a week before the election for 2024, but for now, these are the rules we’re playing under.

My concern isn't with how long it's taking to count, but the fact that over 128,000 votes suddenly appear and are in favor of one candidate. The statistical probability that 128,000 consecutive ballots are for any one single candidate is so low it can't be taken seriously. If indeed that many votes were added and the graphics floating the web are correct, something is afoot. If those graphics and posts are false then shame on me and everyone else who paid attention to them but until its explained it is going to be a question.

I don’t care how good they are, and they are good, but they can’t stop the progress of dementia. His speech last night was so sorrowful to watch. Yeah, I’m not a doctor nor have I dx’d him but his decline is blatantly obvious. Just go back and compare clips from his past, even 4 years ago with today’s. It’s obvious. I know that the trend has been for mail in votes to break big for Biden But the MI, WI and PA numbers are too convenient

You guys are too much. There are Republicans and Democrats moderating this entire process. The likelihood of widespread fraud is slim to none. Does that mean there is zero fraud? Of course not. But the quickness of members of this forum to jump to conspiracy theories speaks volumes about the power the words of the president has on people.

If they moved quickly they would be doing so without confirming ballots and throwing them out if invalid. It is a good thing.

I knew this would be the insanity we would hear if things weren't decided early on. I wish I was wrong.

Just as I type this, Biden's lead in Michigan just shrunk some. Should I jump to unnecessary conclusions on that?
