Funny how none of this stuff made it into Micheal Moore's Sicko. Oh, that's right, he IS one of those people.

Lack of taking responsibility for one's own actions is the number one problem in this country.

The hardest part is being on a college budget and eating alone 80% of the time in the summer. It's hard to afford good food at the grocery store and then when you actually cook, it's hard to cook just enough for one person. I end up cooking something that's good for me but end up eating too much of it.

That and fast food is so much easier at times, especially when you're traveling a lot. That's what's hard to overcome.

Do you like tuna, like the little cans of tuna? It is relatively cheap and seems to be a pretty filling food for me at least...

exactly...and this is why wealthy people tend to be in better shape then poor people...food that is bad for you is just so much cheaper...even though i far from have a weight problem, i am in absolutely terrible shape and if i continue to eat the way that i do its going to catch up evidentially....but when you work til 10 every night you kind of take what you can get fast....another big reason i want that freaking job in nashville...normal working hours!
