I think we all can get over a day or so of downtime in comparison to the near month we endured at the end of last year. Thanks to El Scorcho we have had nothing more than some verty minor nuisances since we switched hosts.

We'll keep you posted on when our short time offline will occur. We are going to try and do it at the least inconvenient time possible this summer.

Same thing happens to me, and it has happened ever since the board got updated several months ago. It doesn't really bother me though, I've gotten used to it.

Same here. I have to log in twice every few hours.

I should also mention that it doesn't matter if I'm using IE or Firefox.

You kidding me? I have class every morning at 8am. I have 7:50's all semester last year, and 7:40's this coming semester. Yea, I'd much rather sleep in, but I have to work in the afternoons.

pages just will not load- I get a black screen for about 5 minutes.

seems to work intermittantly (like right now) but wasn't able to get on all morning after @ 0930

i never have problems except when i delete my cookies. then i have to log on 2x sometimes.

ps i use firefox.

oh, and a good time for downtime is between 1am and 9am

same problem today- then all of the sudden, the floodgates opened.

now it loads instantly, but doesn't erase the "new post" icons.

so basically I get on quickly, then re-read the same posts over and over again.

I think the KGB is behind it.
