Now that the topic has been brought up, we might down some leftover turkey tamales from Christmas we have stashed in the freezer. Perhaps I've just never been exposed to the proper turkey burger, but I am seriously down with bison, ostrich or kangaroo burgers. The latter two are in short supply around me until I head back Down Under in a couple of months. The bison meat holds the flavor or marinades exceptionally well.

The best burgers in town are at the Boiler Room. Hands down. Unless of course they actually run out of hamburger meat. Which has been known to happen a time or two.

no i do. they just have her name attached as it is her recipe.

i can't remember 1 guy saying, "i will not eat that again".

meat is meat. chicken is much more of a nancy meat than turkey yet nobody would say boo about chicken wings. a turkey is a ruthless vicious animal that you'd run from in the wild.
