Well you and I know that, but many people seeking to buy timeshares are deceived into thinking that they're investments.

5000 up front cost, with 250 a year, and 150 per stay...


I could do 20 years of solid vacationing on that cash flow. I just got back from a 3 night 4 day trip at snowshoe, gas, food, lodging, lift tickets.... $290 bucks. with out all the restraints.


No thanks to timeshares for me.
