I've had the spicy chicken sandwich twice now and I'm not sold on it. I thought it was just okay the first time. I decided to give it another shot today and I haven't changed my mind. I think it has the right amount of heat but the flavor doesn't do much for me. I will stick with the original chicken sandwich from now on.

yeah it's really good but it's not better than the original. So it'd be tough to pass up on the original for the spicey.

I've tried it twice now myself. The quality of the chicken is far superior to Wendy's, obviously. But the heat and flavor are really nothing special. Good, but not really better than. The pepper-jack cheese is a nice touch, but not that spicy either. Oh, and those pickles, I always get rid of those things. I hate that every sandwich has them automatically, and the spicy is no different.

That's funny, pickles make the Chickfila original for me. My order always includes extra pickes. I fairly certain the secret chickfila breading recipie is heavy on dill flavoring.

I'm a no pickles guy as well. It seems superfluous when the sandwich is so strong from chicken & bun. Why add something to simply make my bun soggy?

That's funny, because every piece of chicken at Chickfila is soaked in pickle juice, that's what gives it the flavor.

The power of the mind, my friend, the power of the mind. The subconscious is quite fascinating.

I have a buddy who hates cheese, practically has a phobia of the stuff, makes him puke if he eats it. EXCEPT when it's pizza, he'll eat cheese on pizza. Pretty stupid if you ask me, but that's how people's brains work.

I'm guessing thats sarcasm. cause its actually milkwash that the chicken is soaked in. except the strips. they are just breaded.

Not a lot people realize that, but your right.

Yes, but you can't really taste the pickle juice on the chicken, at least I can't. I sure can taste it if they put actual pickle slices on it though, which is why I order it without pickle as well.

I must be in the minority because I like pickles on my chicken sandwich...it makes me sad when I don't have pickles on it

Love the spicy chicken w/ lettuce, tomato and pickles. No cheese! Of course I'm probably in the minority in that I don't really care for the Original that much.

Got the spicy chicken and it is good. Loved it with all the toppings and happy they don't drown it in mayo like Wendy's does.

Picky eaters are the bane of the earth.

Food is just fuel for the body, and it all goes to the same place. Who cares what it tastes like?!

You're all a bunch of wussies!

I enjoy good food, I just don't sit around talking about it, or whine when it isn't as good. It's just fuel.

(Of course, this annoys my sister and wife to no end, as they both throughly enjoy cooking.)
