Progressive Liberalism is a doctrine that claims to be morally superior to all others. Thus, evangelicals tend to lean the other way. Now, why would this be a pastoral concern?

At it’s core all religious (especially the Monotheistic ones) are exclusionary and US v Them. With Christianity we tend to want to reach out to Them.

You are correct. However, what has happened is it's turned from us being those who have placed faith in Jesus and them being those who haven't to us being Republican conservatives and them being liberal Democrats. It's put political ideology and political identity above our Gospel identity. We're losing the ability for Simon and Matthew to worship and follow Jesus together despite their political difference.

We're seeing people leave churches and degrade their own pastors over political differences because the pastor doesn't fall in line completely with the current president. It's not even core Gospel centered issues either. The vitriol and anger lobbied towards pastors who dared challenge his congregation to put the Gospel first has reach a level we haven't seen before. This isn't a media creation.

This all sounds a bit melodramatic and over-the-top. So, what exactly are these malcontents demanding from their pastors?

Also, who specifically are these idol worshipers?

“Ramsland, a cybersecurity analyst and former Republican congressional candidate, mistook voting jurisdictions in Minnesota for Michigan towns in one recent flawed analysis of voter turnout in the Nov. 3 election. In another, filed in support of a federal lawsuit filed in Michigan, he made wildly inaccurate claims about voter turnout in various Michigan municipalities claiming that Detroit, where turnout was 51%, had turnout of 139%, and that North Muskegon, which had turnout of 78%, had voter turnout of 782%.“

Real trustworthy analyst ya got there.

“Controversy over the county's results stemmed from a failure to update the equipment's software that led to a glitch that initially showed Joe Biden beating Donald Trump by 3,000 votes - an unusual result for a largely-Republican county where local GOP officials rarely face competition from other candidates.

Despite officials from both parties agreeing on the cause of the error, misinformation about the voter equipment reporting inaccurate results during the presidential election has run rampant since Nov. 3.”

Better?

Basically, a single county failed to update their software, it caused a glitch in that single county that was spotted and rectified. Everyone is in agreement that this was human error, except of course the “analyst” famous for his previously reported fraudulent analysis.

Not buying it jokes. 😉

Guys bio seems kind a bipartisan to me.

Ramsland earned a B.A. in political science and government from Duke University in 1975 and an M.B.A. from Harvard School of Business in 1979.[2] As of November 2020, Ramsland was the co-owner of Allied Security Operations Group. He has also worked for Rep. George Mahon (D-Texas), the Reagan administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.[3]

This story is wild:

A former Houston Police Department Captain was arrested and charged for running a man off the road and pointing a gun at his head in an attempt to prove claims of a massive voter fraud scheme in Harris County, according to a news release from the Harris County's DA's office.
Source

Other highlights:

According to Aguirre, he had been conducting surveillance for four days on a man who was allegedly the mastermind of a giant voter fraud scheme. Aguirre told authorities the man was hiding 750,000 fraudulent ballots in a truck he was driving.

Instead, the victim turned out to be an innocent air conditioner repairman, court documents said.

Aguirre allegedly never told police that he had been paid a total of $266,400 by the Houston-based Liberty Center for God and Country, with $211,400 of that amount being deposited into his account the day after the incident.
This happened on October 19.

By Jimmy Grant (Facebook)

This post is not open for debate. I have listened to everyone else’s hatred, rhetoric and outright lies for the last four years, so now I am having my say. If you don’t like it, you know where the delete button is. Let me be clear, I am not a Biden fan. I think he is corrupt, a liar, a racist bigot, is in bed with China and probably suffering from dementia. He has done nothing to improve anything in his 47-year political career. But what has Trump done in the past 4 years?

The "arrogant" man in the White House brokered four Middle East Peace Accords, something that 71 years of political intervention and endless war failed to produce.

The "buffoon" in the White House is the first president that has not engaged us in a foreign war since Eisenhower.

The "racist" in the White House has had the greatest impact on the economy, bringing jobs, and lowering unemployment to the Black and Latino population of ANY other president. Ever.

The "liar" in the White House has exposed the deep, widespread, and long-standing corruption in the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, and the Republican and Democratic parties.

The "buffoon" in the White House turned NATO around and had them start paying their dues.

The "fool" in the White House neutralized the North Koreans and stopped them sending missiles toward Japan, and threatening the West Coast of the US.

The "xenophobe" in the White House turned our relationship with the Chinese around, brought hundreds of business back to the US, and revived the economy.

This same “clown” lowered your taxes, increased the standard deduction on your IRS return from $12,500 to $24,400 for married couples and caused the stock market to rise to record levels, positively impacting the retirement accounts of tens of millions of citizens.

The “clown” in the White House fast-tracked the development of multiple COVID Vaccines which are now available or will be soon. And yet we still don't have a vaccine for SARS, Bird Flu, Ebola, or a host of diseases that arose during previous administrations.

The “clown” in the White House rebuilt our military which the Obama administration crippled and fired 214 key generals and admirals in his first year of office.

I got it, you don't like him. Many of you utterly hate and despise him. How special of you. He is serving you and ALL the American people. What are you doing besides calling him names and laughing about him catching the China virus? Some of you were even hoping that COVID would be the cause of his demise. (Ah, the left. The party of “tolerance”. )

Please educate me again as to what Biden has accomplished for America in his 47 years in office, besides making the whole Biden family richer? By the way, where is Hunter?

I’ll take the “clown” any day versus a fork tongued, smooth talking hypocritical corrupt liar. I want a strong leader who isn’t afraid to kick some jerk when needed. I don’t need a fatherly figure. I don’t need a liar. That's what Hollywood, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and the New York Times are for.

Call me a chump, a racist, or part of the basket of deplorables. I do not care!

God bless Donald Trump - the best, most unappreciated President in U.S. history.

HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAH

If this is where your political compass lies, Bernie Sanders is a principled centrist, and Stalin was a misunderstood moderate liberal.
I believe we have all been hoodwinked by the main talking heads on both sides of the aisle. We have been convinced that communism is leftist by those who want us to be in the dark about what is really going on. I believe Lenin and Stalin were right-wing capitalists who used the terminology of socialism to trick people into giving Lenin and Stalin power and wealth. In other words, they were opportunistic capitalists.

Btw, did you know the US actually fought WITH the anti-Jew White Army (the Army that killed the most Jews deliberately) during the Russian Revolution? The US got destroyed in that war and ran away with their tails between their legs. Did you know Jews were actually high up in the Red Army's leadership? Did you know that Stalin created an Oblast (state) called the Jewish Autonomous Oblast and that it still exists, and Jews STILL live there? Stalin created that Oblast before WW2! When it came to who helped the Jews build up their defenses in Palestine in the years leading up to the creation of Israel as a state, it was actually the USSR who did that! The USSR funneled weapons to the Jews in Palestine via Czechoslovakia while the Brits and the US ran blockades and confiscated weapons meant for the Jews.

True. Reminds me a little of Chesterton's position in The Everlasting Man. There's Christianity and then there's everything else. You can try to line it up comparatively with the others, but it won't work. It's altogether different and unique.

Republicans should be furious with Donald Trump and his sycophants right now. With how close these results are, imagine if they didn’t spend the last 2 months undermining the GA voting procedures and didn’t openly undermine and attack all the top GOP officials in the state.

All told, before the runoffs, the 2020 election was not bad at all for Republicans. Swing some house seats, keep the senate. Moderate Joe in the White House. Trump burned it all down to make it about himself.

With just a tiny dose of compassion and empathy, Trump would’ve won the election in a landslide and Georgia never would’ve been in play.

The left was not energized by Biden at all. It was all anti-Trump because of the way he and they treated people.

Had he not fought the election results like he did, Georgia would’ve gone red last night.

No one was energized by Warnock or Ossoff. It was all anti-election conspiracies.

We now have a government where the house, senate, and presidency are controlled by the same party - something that is rarely ever a good idea - all because of Trump.

We've got to get the Conservative party away from what it's become.
