That’s correct, but we’ve never had stakes like this before. Telling people they needed to get healthy because there’s a real virus where you’re xx% more likely to get very sick and/or die can make you want to do things more quickly than the threat of long term impacts 10-20 years from now.

I'm hopeful for some promising news soon as a lot of these different labs start heading to legitimate trials. I'm not sure I want to be the one to get the first round of vaccines, though.

I’m there with you. I really didn’t get the flu shot till it was required to get Novant credentials. I’m suspecting novant and wake are going to require it when it comes out. Not a fan.

China and their labs are extremely negligent in their practices and need to be held accountable in the international community. I would have to see a lot more evidence to buy into the idea that they unleashed this purposefully to target us. It is a huge stretch.

I think most nations experiment in weaponizing viruses. I think they simply screwed-up.

I finally talked to someone I know personally who had Covid. It may not be as deadly as the media is making it out to be but it certianly isn't something I want. He can't taste his food even a month after recovering. Is in relatively good shape and is having trouble regaining his stamina.

So yeah, it sucks if it was meant to be a biological weapon but nothing I want any part of.

But also, I'm fairly confident it wasn't meant as a weapon.

Just did some quick math- if daily death rates hold steady between now and the end of the year, we are looking at about 300,000 deaths in America in 2020 from this thing. I remember when Fauci’s prediction of 100k-200k was laughed off as “doomsday.” Let’s pray we get a handle on this soon, whether through a fast-track vaccine or more effective therapeutics.
