-1 Red Wings: I bet you there are some finely-run Major League Lacrosse teams, too. Unfortunately, Gary Bettman ruined hockey. So Red Wings are out.

+1 Boston Red Sox - Aside from winning two World Series they have become a face in baseball again, multiple all stars
-1 New York Yankees - It is clear that money is being spent unwisely. All of their championships came in the early part of the decade and it has been down hill since.
+1 New England Patriots - It's hard to argue with three Super Bowls, and a perfect season.
-1 Detroit Pistons - They have been among the class of the East, but that's not saying much these days.
