There is this place in NC called the Duck Inn on the Outer banks where we would ALWAYS get RIBS from whenever we were vacationing down there.

The Duck Inn is awesome. Any place in Duck is okay with me, though. Duck and Corolla are my favorite places on Earth.

We vacationed in Corolla every year from the time I was 6 until 3 years ago when we sold the house to help cover my sister's medical bills

Back to the topic... I must say Dreamland BBQ was great in Alabama two weeks ago...

Dreamland has a bigtime reputation in the Deep South. I've driven by it but never around mealtime. My next monster roadie through that state may have to be timed accordingly to see for myself.

Red Dog (who has been MIA for awhile now) raves about a place in Hattiesburg, MS that escapes my memory at the moment.

I will definitely go back to Dreamland... I know Smoothie has been to Alabama a few times.... I had a slab and it was the best that I have ever had...Speaking of which I think it's lunchtime!!!!!
