But can we agree on the meal--turkey, ham, or both? And is it country ham or city ham? And is your turkey roasted, deep fried, or smoked?

Definitely both! I’d prefer salted country ham if it were up to me. Mmmm smoked sounds good haha

The ham is country if it’s served. But that’s Christmas and Easter. Thanksgiving is for Turkey. We are having ours roasted, with the stuffing inside.

I’m gonna tell you right now, if you didn’t get a County Smoak Turkey or Turkey breast then you are having at best the 2nd best Turkey around. That thing was amazing!

My top turkey preference is Cajun fried. As for ham, I prefer salted, cured and sugared up with brown sugar and molasses. Sadly I will settle for standard baked turkey today. Austerity and all.
