I'm not sure how many of you try to track your diet and workout goals (I mean, there's a reason most of us are fans and not athletes, after all), but if you do (or want to start), Traineo.com is a great free site that I discovered this week. You can track all kinds of fitness goals, and even create custom logs of anything you'd like. (I'm tracking my sleep, for example.) It's also a social site so you can join groups or meet people with similar goals or workout routines that will help keep you motivated. I'm really liking it so far.
Just thought I'd pass it along in case anyone else might be able to make use of it.
