Your smoker intrigues me. I need more information.

My smoker is a small (cooks 50 lbs. of meat at a time) domed smoker. It's pretty basic. Two pans, two racks, dome, air control, temp gage and a charcoal door. It's a starter. Its made by the folks at Brinkman (www.brinkman.net), if you're curious.

The ultimate in domed smokers is the Big Green Egg, hands down. There are all kinds of grills and smokers out there, but if you do a little work with Google, you will find the Big Green Egg is the most beloved of them all. People swear by the things and I've seen them featured in several media stories this year. (See http://www.biggreenegg.com/photo4.htm if you're interested.)

If things go well this year with my small cooker, I'll hopefully upgrade to the large Big Green Egg at some point shortly thereafter.

I can assure you that I'd gladly man the fire if I can ever make it up for a game or two this fall. Again, that all depends on my employment responsibilities. I could have some of that cleared up shortly.

oh- and I've never heard of these "smokers" but I broke down and bought a 100 piece of tin propane grill from Lowes last summer. And I don't use it- it is the domain of MrsPA. If you want something edible, that is. .

yeah, I love it. It's definatly my most played game. I've got my skill levels all at the top and I'm still no better than I was when I started playing. The one thing I don't like about this one, is that the high score, collect skate, collect combo, sick score, sick combo, and a bunch of other tasks are all in the same mission! That's way too much junk to have to do in 2 minutes. A lot of it is hard to do without a time limit. But yeah, I like this the best of all the Tony Hawks.

Gears of War is pretty fun. I haven't played enough of the campaign to say I'm very far. I've mostly been playing the vs mode. Using the chainsaw bayonet on someone who is dying really never gets old.

I have a demo of that. It seems like it could be a lot of fun, but I really didn't like how the players moved. It seemed like they were too slow, or their reaction was to slow.
