McCarthy said this morning that he was "excited" for the vote today... and then later he pulled out. Now the wikipedia pages for him and congresswoman Renee Ellmers have been edited by an IP address at the Department of Homeland Security to allege an affair.

I am glad McCarthy didn't get in, but this DHS thing smells criminal.
