It's yours, you earned it.I disagree, and I would think anyone on this board who is an employer would as well. Sick leave is not time off you earned and can take when you want like vacation time is. It's a benefit that protects you against financial loss IF YOU GET SICK. If you are blessed with good health, thank God for granting it to you. You haven't been ripped off because you didn't get more paid time off over and above your vacations.
