Have no idea what the heck this article is really saying since I never took anything more than an introductory chemistry course, but the headline makes it sound pretty cool.

It's a neat result, but the headlines about this one are all getting ahead of things. It was a single 4 hour run. They're going to need a lot more time before a new kind of matter is officially recognized.

Still, I'm happy to see the LHC thread pop back up here. More of this.
