A new Bloop on Wards Road opens today (August 13th) next to some place called Chipotle or something ;)
Should be interesting being right next to Sweet Frog, but things to know when making the choice -
1) We are less expensive
2) We cut our fruit up fresh in store daily - no frozen, pre-cut toppings.
3) Our yogurt is handcrafted. Made with the actual ingredient. i.e. coffee has real coffee, strawberry has real pureed strawberries in it, etc...
4) Bloop is a local company - Started in Lynchburg by Liberty Alumni.
5) Our Give Back Programs - Every Cup you buy - we donate 5 cents to Charity Water - equals about 3 cups of water to an under-served country every time we sell a 16 or 20 ounce cup.
6) We accept Flames Cash
7) On Saturday's Official Grand Opening - We will be giving out "Yogurt For A Year" to 20 customers.
8) We offer the "Super Blooper" where you can fill it up as high as you can and share it. No other yogurt shop in town lets you do this - $18 of yogurt for $6. (Shared it with his girlfriend and another couple)
