I've heard of this guy before but it looks like they are doing a special on CNBC. The write up below just says that he went to LU not sure if he graduated from here or not.
The CNBC television program “American Greed” will premier a one-hour episode tonight on Troy A. Titus, the debarred lawyer from Virginia Beach convicted of a multi-million-dollar real estate scheme.

A Norfolk federal jury convicted Titus of 33 felonies, finding that he had operated a Ponzi scheme that cost investors around $8 million in losses. The government later said the total fraud amounted to nearly $12 million. Titus is appealing.

Titus came from an upper-middle-class, devout Christian family. He studied at Liberty University and the College of William and Mary, and received a law degree from Regent University.

LU is the perfect place to hone your skills as a ponzi hack. Back in the dorms is where I was first exposed to pyramid schemes. Stupid Amway.
