Is the Launch bar optional on Mac's or only on some of the OSX's?

Is that a pic you took Scorcho? If so...very nice shallow depth of field pic. I was playing around with that as well during some of the last snow storm.

You can hide the Dock on any Mac, but most people don't. Mine is hidden because I don't really use it. I use an app called Quicksilver to access and control pretty much everything on my Mac.

Yes, it is a photo of mine. I took it last Winter during one of the tiny snowfalls we had. I enjoy shallow DoF very much.

I keep my dock hidden just because I like that extra little bit of desktop space.
