That first one is pretty cool, but it could just look like the ink ran on the shirt.

True, it would have to be a certain font size to look well.

I'll tell you what I am envisioning in my head and see if you guys can come up with something concrete.

I see two oversized 'F's slightly italicized in a cool font. The Fs are offset at angle with one at about 10 o'clock and the other at 5 o'clock. Using all caps in italics i see the 'LAME' and "ANS" going out to the right os the Fs. All of this over a basic Flame outline. For a secondary logo just have the Fs with the flame outline behind them.

Another thing I stumbled across that I think could really work for us is something built on this concept (minus the jalapeno):



Just replace 'Fireball' with 'FlameFans' in the same font on that background and eliminate the 'Spice Company'. You would probably need to widen the base for the name a bit in order to get that large of a font. You could either replace the pepper with a larger flame design or get creative. I could see us having a flaming football during the summer & fall, a flaming basketball in the winter and a flaming baseball in the spring.

I've got lot of ideas but what I lack is any skill in execution. Would anybody indulge me with some attempts at these concepts if you find the time?

Nice idea, PAmedic. If anyone has some free time this summer and wants to present some more possibilities for a logo or t-shirt design then by all means bring it.
