Haha, then you're lucky you have the easier prof. I'm certain I got at least a C, but hoping for a B. If it is a C, my GPA should still be well above 3.0 considering A's in Accounting for Decision Making, Business Information Technology, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Marketing and Nonprofit Management.

11 Extremely hard questions.
A couple examples:
ABC Corp. is a firm with all-equity financing. Its equity beta is .80. The Treasury bill rate is 4% and the market risk premium is expected to be 10%. What is ABC's asset beta? What is its weighted avereage cost of capital? The firm is exempt from paying taxes.

You are considering an investment in a project with a life of 8 years, an initial outlay of $120,000 and annual after-tax cash flows of $52,000. The project also requires an increase in inventories of $22,000. This $22,000 investment in inventory is required at the outset of the project and will be released when the project is completed. The apppropriate discount rate for this project is 10%.

a. Calculate the payback period for this project.
b. Calculate the NPV for this project.
c. Should this project be accepted? Explain.
