It's 4am and the options are slim...looks like I'm gonna be lovin' it tonight.

Update: For the uninitiated, the 24/7 McDonald's begins serving breakfast at 4am. Since I delayed getting lunch tonight, I had to eat breakfast. Blech.

New haunt today. Extreme Billy's Bar B Que in Richmond. Has the brisket, pork and sausage (insert Brokeback joke here) and liked it. It was a tomato based sauce, but very sweet and actually enjoyed it. Washed it down with a lemondae/tea mix. (Is that an Arnold Palmer or Jack Nicklaus, not sure)

BEST LUNCH EVER: last week, in the rainforest on Dominica: some leaf that tasted like green apple, fresh coconut off the tree and some sort of homemade rum punch (evidently all they drink in the Carribean)

Today's lunch: A new KFC Famous Bowl. This is worth a try if you were thinking about it. It's very good. It's a bit pricey for not quite a full meal. $4 isn't gonna break you but I would expect a little more. I can get a lot at Taco Bell for $4. Anway, it could use some tweaking. A little more chicken and a little less corn. Overall, one of the tastiest "new" meals from a fastfood place in a while. (I suppose it's really not new just a bunch of stuff they already had thrown together in a bowl)

Big fan of the Famous Bowl, and trust me it has all the corn you want, later, if you know what I mean. It does a decent job filling me up , but serving size does vary from place to place.

Today was a German Bologna sandwich on Whole Grain White, w/cheese and mustard. Complimented with a side of Reduced Fat UTZ and a Fresca

saw that KFC commercial and must admit it did intrigue me- will try that one sometime.

today was a salad w/ chicken at BK + a chocolate shake as a little treat to me for being so friggin' wonderful.
