Ok, nevermind...just saw that it was "Uncomitted" instead of undeclared, and Hillary did indeed get more votes than uncomitted.

I voted for Romney up here in Michigan today. For some reason I really like the guy. Perhaps I am backing the wrong horse, but he's got my support so far.

From a registered Independant's point of view (I know, kind of seems like an oxymoronic statement), something just doesn't sit well with me and Romney. I admit I haven't delved into the candidates much yet as I tend to see which candidates are officially in the race (who's on the presidential ballot), but Romney always seems to rub me the wrong way. I was kind of pulling for a Huckabee-Obama ballot but we'll see how it turns out. Clinton won Michigan too and seems to have some steam going her way, but I think Obama will pull it out in time. I think Obama is more "votable" than Clinton.

Not that this is how it works, but here's how the votes cast so far stack up for the GOP...

Vote count after IA, WY, NH and MI:
Romney: 441,602 (37%)
McCain: 359,882 (30%)
Huckabee: 206,575 (17%)
Paul: 84,082 (7%)
Thompson: 50,847 (4%)
Giuliani: 48,857 (4%)

I'd do the same for the Democrats but we all know how they love their recounts and they're still working on that in New Hampshire.
