My understanding is that it will indeed be period themed (40's/50's) and will be called "Doc's Diner" or something to that effect. It will be "authentic" diner fare with 100-150 seats. Since it's not a pre-fab building, it's technically not a diner, but that's the atmosphere and food you can expect.
