How Texas was dragged into this discussion is beyond me. At least the Latinos are working for a living which is more than I can say for many of those I grew up around in Appalachia. :wink:

Yeah the mojados do work for the most part to keep our service economy going. But there are millions of Latinos who speak Spanish who are 4th & 5th generation citizens. In fact many of their families were on American soil (FL, TX, NM, AZ, CA) long before most of us of the Caucasian or African American persuasion. But that does not fit the stereotype so many of us choose to ignore them. :roll:
