So what do all you gawkers have to look at, now that Julie has been (officially) dismissed from the team?

Coach Wetmore has a standing rule that no player may come to him concerning scholarship release during the season. They must come to him directly before or after. Simple rule to follow; you make your commitment to the team a full ytear at a time. But because she wasn't playing as much as she thought she should be, she tried to forgo that rule and went to him anyway in the middle of the season. Sad to see her go.

There are still some gorgeous girls on the team that are extremely good as well.

More free time but probably at another school. I know a few other players have left as well.

is there an underlying team-morale issue? or just various personal reasons?

I don't think it's a morale issue. There are no seniors graduating this year and we are bringing recruits in. Some of the girls probably saw the writing on the wall and didn't want to commit the time an NCAA sport requires just to sit on the bench. Some of the girls may not have had their scholarships renewed as well.

Very true SJ, I know that one of the others not coming back is freshmen Katie Jones

Yea, Katie's going to school back home in Alabama next year. She's going to South Alabama. I don't think she's playing there though. Katie's a pretty cool girl, kinda sucks she's gone.
