im sure the ladies are ready to play after getting swept by longwood earlier this week. Coastal comes to town riding a 4 game winning streak and is 19-30 overall and 5-5 in the big south. the doubleheader for friday starts at 2pm and the single game saturday is at 1pm. come out and support the ladies to victory.

Terra Lowe has just thrown the second no hitter of her career going 7 innings walking 2 and striking out 13. Liberty wins 4-0

LU loses 3-2 in 8 innings in game 2. Two critical errors led to 3 unearned runs.

ugh- not the type of thing that needs to be happening at this point in the season. They should be starting to peak at this point.
Thats a real shame, 40 win season now out the window. Just hope the ladies take game 3 tomorrow, and build to the playoffs.

there is still the playoffs. they could reach 40 wins in that fashion.

good point.
I was thinking along the lines of 40 in the regular season to assure an at-large, but you're right- we could do it assuming we win the BSOUTH and move on.

LU wins 2 of 3 from CCU with a win 4-3. Beth Hensley hits a bloop single in the bottom of the 7th inning with the bases loaded to win the game.
