Lynchburg College---the battle of the Hill City??

the hornets make the short drive over to the mountain for a doubleheader with the flames. LC is 27-7 overall and 12-3 in the ODAC and tied for 2nd in the league after a loss to roanoke college on monday. games times are 3 and 5 pm.

If only we would schedule the Hornets in baseball...I suggest a game for city bragging rights at City Stadium under the lights.

I'll be the first to say that it would not make much sense now, with RPIs and everything. LU would have nothing to gain...except some good will.

two nice wins for the ladies as expected. the flames are 11-0 at home this year, the longest streak in school history. the recaps from libertyflames.com
