Hopefully we sweep series, but 2 wins gives Liberty the regular season championship. (if my math is correct)

Coach Dot has done such a lovely job with this program. Shame we lose Roupe next year, but this is the one to make a super!

Not often you hear a coach's performance referred to as "lovely".

To be clear, I was not suggesting it was a bad choice of words, just unusual.

Next season will be interesting. The team got a couple of good transfers. However, how the younger players will handle the competition will be the major factor. The younger players should have the opportunities to play. Pitching needs to be very solid.

This is a very young team with 9 pitchers on the roster not named Escobar,

Yoder is probably the most experience pitcher they got. However, she better improve that control. Control was her biggest issue in the last half of last season. Hopefully, a couple more pitchers steps in and take over.

With 10 pitchers on roster, we should be able to find 2 or 3 that can "win a game" in post season. Management of pitching staff may be the key to 2026 season.

I agree. I hope we can find 3 very solid pitchers for next season. Pitchers that can compete with ACC and SEC opponents.

I hear they grow on trees nowadays. Just go get a few. Simple as that.

I never said it was simple. My exact words was, “I hope”. I am hoping we get top tier pitchers just like we got Rachel Roupe who became All-American and a pro player. Except she was a position player. I am hoping we get top tier pitchers. Here you go again twisting my words trying to create something out of nothing.
