Conference play starts today, as Kennesaw State comes to Liberty. We need a sweep of the Owls.

LU 17 Marshall 6. Roupe 2 HR. McManus HR. Freshman catcher 3-3 with grand slam HR. Last 2 games she's 5-6 with 3 HR and 8 rbi.
Marshall scored 6 runs on two 3 run homers. One came on 0-2 pitch.

Do the teams ranked in the ESPN.com/USA Softball Top 16 host a regional?

The top 16 teams are determined by NCAA selection committee, and seeded. Most of Top 10 in polls are probably safe bet to host, but the last 3 or 4 teams selected, may or may not be ranked in Top 16 in polls. A team's RPI probably carries more weight than poll rankings.
