There's some serious pedigree and positive inspiration here with Dot and the Fagan sisters. The only potential wild card I see is at the vacated pitching coach position. Is Kirby taking over? If so, to what extent and either way, I wonder how well she'll transition from player to coach. It's not for everyone.
