How does a kid from RUSTBURG even get admitted to Thomas Jefferson Institution of Higher Ed. Didn’t think they taught readin, writin and rithmatick in the county seat of Campbell County!

Hard to believe they got a Top 15 class, but I predict half of this class will be in transfer portal within 2 years.
