Three game series coming against Lipscomb. Here are some relevant up to date stats on them.
1. Won-lost record is 11-12 against much lesser competition than LU.
2. Three hitters whose average is north of 300 but a conspicuous lack of power in the lineup.
3. Top pitcher has an ERA of 2+ and has given up 78 hits in 82 innings with 60 k's.

Smells like a sweep to me!

Lipscomb are the "defending champions", having won the ASUN tourney in 2019. I have no idea how many players are gone from that team, although looking at their record it's probably a lot of them.

Series moved to Saturday and Sunday. DH Saturday

I am skipping Lipscomb, but going to University of Tennessee for the doubleheader Tuesday. Then go to Pigeon Forge area Wednesday to ride bicycle.

Has the Lipscomb series been cancelled? It no longer shows up on the LU athletics website schedule.

Series was canceled due to Lipscomb having COVID issues, resulting in lack of player availability. Teams were in stadium warming up when canceled.
Tuesday's double header at Tennessee is still on. First game at 3:00.

Bummer. That's a long layoff for the ladies heading into the Tennessee game since the last game. Hope they don't come out rusty.

Today's double header is being streamed on ESPN+. Games at 2:00 and 4:00, I think.

Doubt if anyone cares, but we win 2-0. Kirby 3 hit shutout, with 10 Ks.

I paid money to WATCH the game on ESPN+.

Ballcoach, on the other hand, only "monitored" the game on his phone.

When I watch a game on phone, we never play well.
