My radar screen says if things are back to normal in the Fall, NCAA will allow softball (and baseball), to have more practices, and play more games, than usual during fall season.
Maybe even resume 2020 conference schedule.

I tend to agree with increasing the number of practices but I doubt having the conference games scheduled. At any rate, the weather would sure be nicer!
