Someone correct me if I am mistaken, but as far as I know, law school is no different than any other graduate program, and if she has eligibility remaining she could still play softball. However, I can certainly understand why she might want to focus on preparing for her career at this point. I don't think she was going to play much this year anyway.

You are correct. She does have one year of eligibility left.
