Flames head south to open BSC play. Hopefully we will sweep the 3 games and get conference play off to a good start..

LU carried the bats to Charleston. We lead 10-0 in top 4.

12-0 final. Amber Bishop had 3 hits. 2 home runs. 6 RBIs. Taylor had 3 hits, (HR), Au. Bishop, Robertson, and Sweat had 2 hits. DiMartino pitched a shut-out, allowing 5 hits, 2 bb, and 5 Ks.

LU clinches series with a 5-3 win. Going for the sweep now.

4-4 in top of 4th. We had 4-0 lead but CSU scored 4 with 2 out in 3rd. Back to back. HRs.

LU wins 12-8. CSU hit 5 home runs. One girl hit 3. Thankfully no one on base when she connected. Freisen retired all 4 batters she faced. Great to open BSC play with a sweep on the road. Radford comes to LU next weekend.
