LU enters as the #3 seed and they lead 2-1 in the 4th over CCU. Winner plays Winthrop tonight

LU wins 4-2. The Lady Flames get another crack at Winthrop tonight at I think 7:30. CCU faces CSU in an elimination game tomorrow

LU-Winthrop has been called on account of severe weather in the city of Radford that resulted also in the loss of power at Dedmon Center Park. the game will resume in the bottom of the 2nd at 10 AM. Winthrop will have a runner on second with no outs. The rest of the days schedule (weather permitting) will be adjusted accordingly.

LU leads 4-0 over Winthrop in the bottom of the third. a win in this one and the Lady Flames go straight to Saturday with a 2-0 record and get to watch the other teams beat each other up

A win for LU in this game would be big, but they would have to play again today vs. Radford (Game 7).
