Republican challenger Donna Gallup says Democrat Randy Fischer and other legislators used concerns about potential uranium mining to play on voters’ fears.
Gallup, 49, is challenging Fischer, 56, to represent Colorado House District 53, which encompasses most of Fort Collins west of College Avenue.
