Dan Callahan was reared in the Southern United States. When he was 18, he left for Eastern Europe and studied in Budapest, Hungary for 2 years. Upon completion of the Bible school program, he transferred to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he graduated in 2006. Dan then became the missions intern at Heritage Baptist Church and served under Dr. Jerry Kroll, Senior Pastor, and Pastor Allen Waldrep, Outreach/Missions Pastor. The internship ended after 1 years and Dan is now on full-time, pre-field; raising support to return to Eastern & Central Europe and Mediterranean region with the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE) in the upcoming months.
