Former Waynesboro cop honored in Michigan

A former Waynesboro Police Officer has been named Deputy of the Year in Kent County Michigan.

Deputy Tom McCutcheon graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1985 and, after attending Liberty University, began his law enforcement career with two years on the Waynesboro force. He has been employed by the Kent County Sheriff's Department, based in Grand Rapids Michigan, for the last 14 years.
