Torrey Rush
A native of Kingstree, SC, Torrey earned a B.S. degree in sports management from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA, where he was a four-year starter and All-American at free safety on the Liberty Flames football team, a member of NCAA Division I-AA. He also played in NFL Europe in 2001.
Torrey’s first entry into real estate was as an investor and loan officer, before becoming a licensed agent in February 2005. His areas of specialty include: economic development projects, both residential and commercial, with local municipalities; real estate development; and consulting. He is also the co-founder of Carolina Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on affordable housing, community revitalization and economic development.
Torrey and his wife, Darci, have one daughter, Logan. His hobbies include staying active in sports, weightlifting, politics and reading business journals.
