Lance Howe, Assistant Professor of Economics

Lance Howe came to ISER in 2002, after earning his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Southern California. He is currently looking at rural economic issues and at how settlement patterns in rural Alaska changed during the 1990s. Dr. Howe teaches economic development and principles of macroeconomics.
