Former RB. Coached at E.C. Glass HS here in the 'burg for a while. Just curious if he was still in coaching. Great runner.

I would love to catch up with him too. Great friend of mine. He could jump higher than anyone I have ever seen without being able to actually dunk a basketall. His hands were too small. When he tried to dunk with 2 hands he always rattled the rim too hard and the ball would come out. Great guy though.

Leroy was in my dorm my first year, one of the few Dolphins fans around. Almost broke my heart when he was with the Jets. Anyways, he is the Head (foot) Ball coach at First Academy in Orlando. He was an assistant there a few years ago and should have got the job then. There are sevreal LU guys coaching football here in Fla.

I was his RA during his first year at LU. Hard to imagine the guy spent the year before ripping up and down the field during Bob Jones' intramural flag football competition. What a waste of talent to be going to BJU. He was a great find by Morgan but Sam's offense was tailored made for his skills at RB plus he was certainly a class act.

Yes, I think he was on the Practice squad for 1 year. Then coached at ec glass for a couple of years.
