# Lt. Col. Roland J. Manuel has been appointed the deputy chief of staff for information management for Joint Force Headquarters. He previously served as information management branch chief and deputy information office. Manuel, a 28-year veteran, has an associate's degree from Hinds Community College and a bachelor's degree from Liberty University in Richmond, Va.
