The gathering place for LU alumni to wax nostalgic about their glory days and tell current students how easy they have it. Old hags & bright-eyed and bushytailed recent grads both welcome.

That album and that song/video, in particular, rocked the Contemporary Christian Music industry in a way that it has never recovered from. Usually CCM and the Christian pop culture are playing catch up to the rest of the world. However, for the duration of that album's promotion, the tour that followed it, etc., dcT was actually ahead of everyone else. Had the album not been so blatantly Christian they probably would have pulled in more crossover fans than they knew what to do with, but I don't think anyone regrets anything about it. Jesus Freak is hands down the best CCM album of all time, and in my opinion, the peak of the industry. The labels and artist output has been on a decline (with a few exceptions here and there) since then.

They were the beginnings of the "rap-core" phenomenon. Linkin Park, POD, Limp Bizkit, they all have them to thank.
